Saffron Sky is a Mediterranean Bakery Cafe just off of N. Beach St and HWY 121 in Fort Worth, Texas (682-708-3901). The Shaban Family opened Saffron Sky, their first restaurant, in December 2012. Chef Hassan brings us his delicious take on traditional middle eastern fare and 3 generations of the Shaban family have collaborated to establish a warm, friendly and casual environment.
