The story of Christos’ Pizza & Pasta began in a bakery in Athens, Greece, in the mid-1950s, where owners Vasilios and Garifalia Alexiou worked tirelessly to perfect their baked goods. While successful with their bakery, the hardworking pair looked for new opportunities. In 1967, they brought their expertise to Vermont. Several years later, in 1974, they opened Manchester’s first pizza restaurant.
