My name is Stathis Koulouris and I am the owner of Stathis Greek Restaurant and Gyro. It has always been my dream to open up my own restaurant and now I am finally getting my chance.
As a child the one thing I remember growing up in a Greek home and surrounded by my relatives…is the food.
Now it is my turn to share that food with you.
I can’t believe the reception we have received since opening the store in South Utica. These people are amazing and we plan on being here for a while.
In the next few months we plan on expanding into a second room and making improvements on every level. Our goal is not just be the best Greek restaurant in the area but the best restaurant.
