Profile
Plastic Surgeon Christina Taki graduated from the Medical School of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 1994. She then went to Brussels for Plastic Surgery at the University Hospital Brugmann, Institute Bordet, and Hospital Erasme for one year, under the direction of Prof. Albert Demey and Prof. M.Lejour. She obtained a postgraduate degree in Microsurgery from the University of Brussels and successfully participated in the examinations of the College of Plastic Surgeons of Belgium. Her experience in Plastic Surgery in Brussels was enriched through comprehensive seminars in all areas of Plastic Surgery and active participation in conferences. She worked at the University Hospital of Bordeaux for two years after her time in Brussels. In 2001 she returned to Greece and joined the General State Hospital “G.Gennimatas.” There, under the guidance of Prof. Ioannovits, she specialized in burn treatment and management. Since 2004, she has been running a Plastic Surgery practice in the center of Athens. From 2006 to 2013, she served as the scientific director of the Plastic Surgery Clinic at Genesis Athens, and currently, she is a scientific collaborator at the Metropolitan Hospital.
