Plastic surgery allows individuals to renegotiate their relationship with their bodies, improve it according to their desires, and thus emerge as an active element of human existence. It is a fact that plastic interventions free individuals from bodily determinism and promote a better body image, which can change the way they think, feel, and act in all areas of their lives. However, my experience in practicing plastic surgery is that confusing information and exaggerations are considered the “enemies” of anyone interested in aesthetic interventions.

Dr Aris Damagas Profile
Dr. Aris Damagas is a graduate of the Medical School at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and a member of the Hellenic Society of Plastic Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. He specialized in Microsurgical Reconstruction and Breast Reconstruction techniques following mastectomy at the Queen Victoria Plastic Surgery Clinic in London. He worked at St. John’s Wood & Elizabeth Hospital, specializing exclusively in Aesthetic Surgery.
He completed his fellowship at Southwestern University, Dallas, USA, under the guidance of the renowned surgeons Sam Hamra, Rod Rohrich, and Joh Tebbets. From them, he learned the techniques of composite facelift, dual-plane breast augmentation, as well as methods and techniques of rhinoplasty at the prestigious Dallas Rhinoplasty Course.
He is the Director of the Plastic Surgery Clinic of the 251 General Air Force Hospital, where he has been working since 2001. He maintains a private practice in the Hilton area, performing Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery procedures. He has extensive experience in rhinoplasty, breast augmentation, facelift, abdominoplasty, eyelid surgery, and gynecomastia surgery. All surgeries are performed in leading private clinics in Athens.
Non-invasive techniques are mainly performed in his fully equipped clinic, using state-of-the-art equipment and certified materials.
Dr. Damagas is one of the first plastic surgeons in Greece to apply micro fat grafting and nano fat grafting techniques, which regenerate various facial and body areas using autologous fat and stem cells.
