About Dr.Sophia Parlavantza
She studied at the Ludwig-Maximilian Universitaet of Munich and the Department of Medicine of the University of Patras and got her Medical Degree in 2007. She began her career at the Department of Thoracic Surgery, General Surgery and Endocrine Surgery of the Florence Nightingale Krankenhaus Düsseldorf under the direction of Prof. K-H. Schultheiss. In May 2013, she obtained the title of Otorhinolaryngologist, Head and Neck Surgeon from the Ärztekammer WestfalenLippe. She became a partner of the polyclinic MVZ-Westpfalz, performing many head/neck surgeries and facial plastic surgery at the Mediceum Clinic and the Nardini Clinic. At the same time, she was involved in patient care at the NATO Air Base in Rammstein. During this period, she got a Master’s Degree in Advanced Oncology from ESMO. In 2016 she obtained the title of specialization in Facila Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery after examinations at the Ärztekammer Westfalen Lippe, the 4rth largest of the 17 medical associations in Germany. Her office is located at Palaio Faliro, Athens, Greece.
