Greek Express is owed and operated by the father and son team, Manos and John Orfanopoulos.
Manos is a seasoned veteran in the food and beverage industry having worked for some of the finest hotels and restaurants of New York, and private country clubs of Florida. John following in the footsteps of his father worked in fine restaurants in New York, such As the the hotel Regency, Maxims of New York and the famed Sky Club.
We decided to build this restaurant to serve our clientele with the finest Traditional Greek cuisine. Our Chef Aris also a veteran in the cuisines of New York, trained in not only Greek Cooking but also French, we work together with attention to detail and the satisfaction Of our customers.
